Refund policy

For the founding launch, refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests involving duplicate charges, broken access, or another technical billing problem will be reviewed regardless of course progress. After 7 days, digital course purchases are generally final except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If RHL Continuum launches as a recurring subscription, cancellation should stop future renewals and access should continue through the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
